Fellow SKEMA Global Lab in AI

Chitu Okoli is Fellow of the SKEMA Global Lab in Augmented Intelligence. His research focuses on the theme of AI and Ethics.



Chitu Okoli received his PhD from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, USA in 2003. From 2003 to 2017, he was a faculty member at John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. Since 2017, he has been an associate professor in digitalization at SKEMA Business School, Paris. He teaches courses in Literature Review Methodology, Business Intelligence, and Information Systems Management. In the past, he has also taught courses in Database Management, Website Development, and Information Systems Analysis and Design.

His research mainly focuses on open content (e. g. Wikipedia and open source software), the literature review methodology and applications of the Internet in developing countries.

Before entering an academic career, he worked as a computer systems analyst and human resources administrator.
